I personally help busy households around Toronto and Lake Macquarie with the everyday jobs that take up precious time. From laundry, shopping and errands to organising, household admin and making life run a little more smoothly, I'm here to take a few things off your plate.
But here's the thing. It's just me! I'm not an agency with a team of people. When you book The Household PA, you get me, the same familiar face, every visit.

Because I personally deliver every visit, my weekly diary has limited capacity. Regular clients are given priority when arranging ongoing appointment times.
If you have a particular day in mind, I'd encourage you to get in touch early so we can see what works. All bookings are subject to availability, location and suitability.

You don't need to book a different person for every everyday task. During your scheduled visit, I can help with a combination of agreed household jobs, depending on your priorities and the time available.
Washing, drying, folding and putting clothes away.
Grocery shopping, parcel collection and everyday household errands.
Appointments, organising paperwork, coordinating trades and keeping household tasks on track.
Decluttering cupboards, sorting belongings and making everyday spaces easier to manage.
Assistance with phones, tablets, computers, online forms and everyday digital tasks.
Simple meals prepared in your kitchen using your ingredients and equipment.
Short visits for suitable small pets and general holiday home checks, subject to suitability and availability.
I'm a personal household assistant, not a house cleaner, nanny or personal care provider. Cleaning, ironing, bed-making, sheet changing, heavy lifting, childcare and medical or personal care are not included.
Some households need help every week. Others prefer a fortnightly visit to stay on top of things. Let's find a routine that works for your home and my availability.
Weekly help
A regular weekly visit is ideal for busy households that want consistent help with laundry, errands, organising and everyday household administration.
Fortnightly help
Perfect if you generally keep on top of things but would love someone to help tackle those jobs that never seem to get done.
Occasional help
From getting organised to preparing for a busy period, occasional visits may be available around existing regular commitments.
Regular weekly and fortnightly clients are prioritised when allocating ongoing appointments. Occasional bookings are accepted where suitable time is available.
Good help should come with straightforward pricing. You'll know the cost of your visit before confirming your booking.
Weekday visit
$140
for a two-hour weekday visit
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm: $70 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Three hours is $210.
These are standard hourly rates, not a discount or a package.
Two-hour minimum for general household assistance.
Travel to homes within 10 km of Toronto is included.
Beyond 10 km, an additional $1 per kilometre of one-way distance beyond the first 10 km applies per visit.
Errands in my vehicle are charged at $1 per actual kilometre driven, plus the applicable booked service time.
Customer purchases, groceries, supplies and agreed extras are additional.
All prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is currently charged. See all prices.
I'm a Toronto local with more than 20 years of experience in business, administration, customer service and keeping things organised. I've spent a big part of my working life helping people get things organised, solve problems and make life a little easier.
Now I'm bringing that experience closer to home. I started The Household PA because I love the idea of offering practical, personal help to people in my own community.
I'm not building a big agency. I want to get to know the households I help, understand what makes their lives easier and provide a service they genuinely look forward to having. When you book me, you deal directly with me. No rotating team. No complicated arrangements. Just a friendly, experienced helping hand. And perhaps a little more time for the good stuff in life.

Because The Household PA is a one-person business, there may be times when I can't take on another regular household straight away. If that happens, I'll offer a waiting list for people who would like to hear when a suitable appointment becomes available.
