We agree the details before you leave, so I know exactly what to do on each visit.
- Collecting mail and parcels

Please note
This is a general home check-in. It is not:
- A monitored security service
- A property inspection
- A maintenance contract
- A guarantee that nothing will happen while you are away

Holiday home checks and suitable small-pet visits are booked in advance.
Full payment is required upfront to reserve your agreed visit dates.
Your quote will clearly outline:
- The dates and number of visits
- The agreed services
- The price per visit
- Any applicable travel charges
- The total booking cost
- The cancellation arrangements
Changes or cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if your plans change.
For multi-day bookings, cancellation arrangements will be assessed against the individual visits affected and any reasonable, previously disclosed cancellation charges.
Where eligible, prepaid amounts for cancelled visits will be refunded or credited according to the agreed booking terms. Refunds required by Australian Consumer Law will always be honoured.
Important information
Holiday home visits provide general assistance and visual check-ins only. They do not include security monitoring, guarding, formal property inspections or guarantees against damage, theft or other incidents.
Small-pet visits are subject to suitability, written care instructions, safe property access and confirmation that the relevant service can be provided.
